Защитник Windows (или Windows Defender) — встроенный в последние версии ОС антивирус от Microsoft — Windows 10 и 8 (8.1).

Запустится главное окно Защитника Windows (если вы увидите сообщение о том, что «Приложение отключено и не ведет наблюдение за компьютером», то, вероятнее всего, у вас просто установлен другой антивирус). Вы можете отключить её, зайдя в диспетчер задач (через правый клик по кнопке Пуск), включив подробный вид и выключив на вкладке «Автозагрузка» пункт Windows Defender Notification icon. О том, как именно она отключается — в соответствующем разделе сразу после следующего способа. В последних версиях Windows 10 отключение Защитника Windows несколько изменилось по сравнению с предыдущими версиями. Также в конце руководства приведены альтернативные способы выключения (не системными средствами). Это может потребоваться в некоторых случаях, когда встроенный антивирус не дает установить программу или игру, считая их вредоносными, а возможно и в других ситуациях.

O apoio emocional e prevenção do suicídio, por meio de uma escuta empática, sem julgamentos e sigilosa, através do telefone 188, é uma ação cotidiana e ininterrupta que um grupo de voluntários pratica diuturnamente e que tem salvado vidas e apoiado pessoas em variadas situações. Essa é a missão do Centro de Valorização da Vida (CVV), uma ONG fundada em 1962 e que precisa da disponibilidade de pessoas para continuar ajudando mais pessoas. E o CVV abriu inscrições gratuitas para novos voluntários para o posto de João Pessoa. As inscrições são feitas pelo e-mail cvv.org.br/seja-voluntario.

O curso de formação terá início no dia 11de maio, será realizado aos sábados, no horário de 14h às 17h e é totalmente virtual. Para se tornar voluntário do CVV é necessário ter mais de 18 anos e ter disponibilidade mínima de três horas semanais para o plantão de atendimento que pode ser pelo telefone, chat, e-mail e, em alguns postos, pessoalmente.

“Todas as ligações do CVV são sigilosas, o que é conversado entre o voluntário e quem liga não é compartilhado com ninguém, e não há julgamentos de nenhuma natureza, mesmo que o motivo da ligação seja algo que envolva questões morais ou éticas. A filosofia do CVV é acolher de forma empática, sem julgar, criticar ou condenar”, afirma a Coordenadora do Programa de Seleção de Voluntários (PSV) e Vice-Coordenadora do Posto João Pessoa, Vera Motta.

A jornalista Eliane Sobral, voluntária no Posto João Pessoa, desde julho do ano passado, fez o curso em 2023 e decidiu continuar no projeto após a capacitação. “Eu sempre gostei de ajudar as pessoas, de variadas formas, e encontrei no canal do CVV mais uma oportunidade de ser solidária e neste quase um ano de voluntariado posso afirmar que é muito gratificante ao final de um atendimento você escutar a pessoa dizer um muito obrigado, você salvou meu dia, me ajudou a melhorar, conseguiu me diminuir a tristeza ou coisas afins. Não há palavra que descreva esse sentimento de gratidão”, afirma a voluntária que dá plantões às quartas-feiras, das 22h até uma da madrugada.

Sobre o CVV –   Fundado em 1962, em São Paulo, o Centro de Valorização da Vida é uma das ONGs mais antigas do país. Hoje, cerca de quatro mil voluntários, atuam em postos espalhados pelo Brasil, prestando um serviço gratuito 24 horas por dia, nos 365 dias do ano, aos que querem e precisam conversar sobre seus sentimentos, dores, dificuldades, angustias e/ou tristezas. “De forma sigilosa e sem julgamentos, o voluntário do CVV busca ouvir aquele que liga com profundo respeito, aceitação, confiança e compreensão, valorizando a vida e, consequentemente, prevenindo o suicídio”, reitera Vera Motta.

O posto de João Pessoa existe há 38 anos e sua sede funciona num espaço cedido pela Prefeitura da capital, onde funciona o Lactário da Torre, na Avenida Rui Barbosa. A partir da pandemia do Covid e a necessidade de realização dos atendimentos online, desde então, a maioria dos atendimentos são remotos. Para tanto, o voluntário recebe um login e senha para acessar a central de atendimento do CVV para realizar os seus plantões. Para tanto, é necessário dispor de um computador que tenha acesso à internet. Os plantões são obrigatórios a todos os voluntários e a falta sem substituição autoexclui o voluntário do Programa.

‘Legado não é o que você deixa pras pessoas, legado é o que você deixa nas pessoas’. Essa fase de Deive Leornardo se encaixa bem no ato de filiação ao PSB da viúva do ex-prefeito de Patos, Ivanes Lacerda, a enfermeira Gigriola Fernandes da Silva. Candidata a vereadora nas próximas eleições, ela chega à legenda para fortalecer a ala feminina do partido em Patos, ajudar o partido a cumprir o que determina a legislação eleitoral em relação a cota feminina, mas, sobretudo para resgatar a memória de Ivanes, um político e cidadão respeitado e querido, dando continuidade a um projeto político que não morreu com seu marido. Ao contrário, ao se filiar ao PSB, ela reverencia a memória de Ivanes e fortalece as mulheres patoenses com boa, qualificada e forte representatividade.

E a chegada dela na legenda tem muito da articulação do presidente do PSB em Patos, Francisco Guedes, que é um cidadão com visão além do alcance e um poder de articulação extraordinário que embora não seja de Patos, criou vínculos muito positivos com nossa cidade, a partir de uma gestão exitosa à frente da direção geral do Hospital Regional. “Gigriola chega para fortalecer nosso projeto, para engrandecer o PSB e porque não dizer para dar continuidade ao legado político de Dr. Ivanes. Ninguém mais do que ela tem legitimidade para isso, pois acompanhou de perto as ações política do marido e foi uma agente importante e sempre participativa das ações e decisões dele neste aspecto”, afirma Francisco.

O ex-prefeito de Patos, Ivanes Lacerda, morreu no dia 25 de janeiro de 2021 por complicações causadas pela Covid-19, quando estava inyernado no Hospital da Unimed, em João Pessoa. Na época, ele tinha 66 anos de idade.
